Title: Genesys SSG Outbound call maximum number of ports

Dear Team,

We have developed the Outbound trigger application and it is running successfully with 60 threads at a time. The SSG Time to Live is configured as 3600 , and the thread sleeps after successful submit to ssg at 5 sec. My doubt is if we increase the number of threads to 120 in all the 4 servers , will SSG be able to handle these many request (120*4 = 480) at a time. What will be the maximum number of ports that we can configure for SSG.

SSG itself is not limited. The limits are on RM application,where you configure the port-capacity (default or LRGP related), on the used OS and the HW performance.
