Title: Genesys Info Mart upgrade

Has anyone upgraded Genesys Info Mart 8.1.3 or earlier to 8.5+?

I wonder how long did it take in other environments...

today we had this major upgrade that took 26 hours and still counting to catch up on the ETL cycle. Did anyone else experienced this loooong migration process?

Whether the migration of GIM completes successfully. Since there is no error while we taking place the migrate job in the GIM ETL ?
