Title: Sorry, correction, CPD Server doesn't want to dial
Post by: Henry on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Sorry for previous topic....

Hi, can you help me please.
Have you ever seen trace from CPD Server like this? (see below)
What does it mean "dt_setsigmod failed: dtiB1T4"
The dialogic is working (i think so) correctly, because I can make a call from isdiag. So where could be the problem.

Thanks for help

It looks like your dialogic card does not recognize the dialtone or something like that.
Did you train it using the wizard tha comes with the card?

Unless you train it first, there is no way CPD would be able to dial.

I don't think, this is the preoblem, because in this case the OC Server will save in calling list other call result as "NoProgress". However, the whole configuration for CPD server ver. 6.5.1 is moved to CME, configuration of dialtone recognition as well.
