Title: GVP missing Group Foldersr

I have an env missing the GVP group folders. MCPGroup, etc. Is there anyway to recreate them? I tried to reinstall GVP apps no luck.

Have you updated Genesys Administrator recently?

If you are sure that they are missing, just re-create them within the Genesys Administrator.

There is a known issue with some installs of GA that do this specifically.  Rolling back GA usually restores the folders.
