Title: Genesys Status DB Table (Doubt)

Hello Friends,

Requesting you to help me clear this confusion.

Status 21 is adhoc outbound. If the Agent 1 initiates the call, then status 21 would be applicable, how can the agent who received the call fromt agent 1 also have status 21. Does this have an explanation.
