Title: Name change in CME

I have been trying to update a couple of agents who have recently been married in CME. I make the change in CME, but the changes do not reflect in CCPulse or Brio. I have checked all areas of CME and the name is updated correcctly. Now I am just a Call center supervisor, , so I am not too good with all of the technical aspects. We are using G3 with the latest Genesys release. Any help would be appreciated!

i'm also trying to change/add the names of new operators. did you find out how to do it?

Lets say you have agent Jim Morison, he resigns. Now you will replace Jim by George Gore, now in CCPulse you will see only George, but on historical data Jim will still exist and now you will see also George. If you dont see any change on CCPulse try closing it and opening it again.
