Hello,
I want to integrate Siebel IP 2016 with Genesys Chat and looks the only option to have Siebel chat is to integrate with Genesys.
I searched in blogs and couldn't find much details to configure or profile set up in Siebel and Genesys to have Siebel Chat.
I really appreciate if someone can help me to get the details of Profile/Configuration and required middleware tools to install to have working chat.
Couldn't find any documentation on Genesys in google as well. Please help me!!!

What is that? Which level of integration you want? Genesys has no documented integration with such product. From where did you get the idea it was possible?

In July 2015, Genesys announced that their Gplus Adapter 8.0.200.08+ fully support Siebel Chat in IP2014+. Genesys and Siebel Dev worked together since late 2014 and were able to use Siebel Chat API to create such an integration.
This idea is available in Genesys bookshelf and Oracle team informed me.
Configuration & other Documentation are available from Genesys team. If you have let me know
