I had a similar issue like this and i saw in genesys Knowledge Sources,
It was for CCPulse 6.1 but works for me!!! (and of course, about a different trouble)
basic tips but worth it try
1. Date/time setting of the PC because CCPulse uses system date/time
settings.
2. Check the workspace storage file. It may be corrupted somehow.
To verify - use a new workspace storage for the same operation (rename the old Workspace storage file and create new empty Workspace storage file).
3. Do you have other computers with CCPulse that are working with the same Workspace storage file?
4. If the Workspace storage file is on the Network double check that the users have the write permissions to the directory where the storage file is held.
take a look in the processes of your computer/server!
dont forget the server of workspace storage files!

Or, maybe the Configuration Server has switched over?

Cav. How much difference does Bin vs stg make?

BIN is much faster. STG is the old version.
I have seen customer load speed problems being solved by just migrating all STG to BIN format.

Thanks all for your replies, they advise this issue start happening when they moved to V 8.0.1
Now, the files are .stg but there is a NAS migration this weekend which is where the CCpulse files live, not sure if that will fix the problem after migration.
Cav, How to convert from stg to bin? Thanks
-
Go to the Wizard in CCPulse and select the Orig Type to STG and then destination to BIN format. Remember to configure CCPulse options for BIN folder locations. Similar to STG. Follow docs, is simple

Got it, thanks Cav and thanks to everyone who replied, I have learned something from your replies :D

Seem to recall there being an issue using Import/Export for the workspaces. But you could just open each then Save As.

A colleague told me doing the export from stg to binary for the workspaces bit didn't work (arrows were greyed out). They opened the individual workspace in CCPulse, then did a Save As (you can choose the format in that dialogue).

Greyed when you don't configure BIN folders on CCPulse app.

Hmmm that makes obvious sense, I'll ask him to confirm what it was.
