Title: CCPulse 8.0 - Export data to file in realtime

Hello,

We use CCpulse+ (8.0) at my work, and we use a view to show # of calls, total waiting calls, total logged-in users and total free users. We use this via a big monitor to our employees (small company) so that they know when to log in.

The view is somewhat, how do I put it, awfull to look at.

I was wondering, if it was possible to export data in realtime (every second or so) to a different file (no database if it is possible).
I've read different posts on this website on how to use "actions" to get a lot of things done through VBA. Unfortunatly I'm new on this CCPulse-program, so everything sounds chinese.

Would there be someone that is willing to help me with my problem?
