Hi friends,

From where i  need to find the call results like wheather its disconnected from customer or diconnected from agent?

It depends on used T-Server type. In general, you can always find the iniciator within the T-Server logs - in case, you see RequestReleaseCall that means the agents hangs up the call. If there is jsut an EventReleased, it points that the customer should hangs up. In environment with SIP server, you can enable release-party-reporting, where the release iniciator is attach as the KVP to the interaction.

This is only for certain types of PBX and TServer from 8.0 only.
