Hi All,
We have agents who use Softphone and when they are in office they use their deskphone. When they are logging into physical phone, they could not get to ready state. I checked the T server logs and got the below error:

This error keep on coming up when trying to login to the extension.
Another strange thing I noticed is that the agent's phone is not going to logged out state , when he is logging out.
Any advise please on what is going wrong here?
Have tried manually logging out from the phone as well and still the same problem.

No, we have seperate extensions.. Suspecting the problem is due to a upgrade in SAP systems. Am working on it and will update you all if I have any lead.
