Hi Friends,
We are using push preview dialing mode.After agent force close the push preview record pop up in IWS the next interaction pop up is not coming. Agent is sitting ideal without getting any record pop up.
Kindly help me to resolve this. If i close iws and relogin then it starts working.

I thiink you have a mess on your config and tests. Check at least URS logs and post something. We are not wizards

When agent closes the interaction (forcing it, ... right click and force to close) you can see the interacion on retrieved state and stale on call result?
Had the same problem because the agent not belongs to proper agent group, and was not able to modify the record on calling list.
