Title: InteractionServer recieve incoming Chat messages

Hey,

How would I go about listening to incoming chat messages and to retrieve them?

I'm using PSDK 8.5 - I got a successful connection to the InteractionServer and successfully created an agent login.

Any help would be appreciated!

You need to connect to the Genesys Chat Server as well. Try to look at provided app samples by Genesys to get inspiration there or try to be more specific what is not clear for you in specific field(s).

I want to be able to listen to and receive incoming messages coming from the customer's end. The chat service works, agent to client. But I want to be able to listen to and receive incoming messages using the PSDK.

I connected to the InteractionServer and got connected to our webserver and I also got an agent to login. Just wondering on how I would listen to incoming messages.

I'm using a messageHandler, but it only prints out changes within the Agent Workspace - not chats or anything.
