Hi Guys,
never really noticed this before as it's been while since last setting up agents.
In CME when you add a login to the agent you only get to see the available ones that you can use, but in GA you see all of them and have to work through them to see which are unassigned.
is there away around this ??
cheers

Hi,
according to my knowledges, there is no way within GA or GAX how to show just unassigned objects (unfortunately).
-
cheers Kubig, was afraid you were going to say that :'( as i can't find any detail of this anywhere !!
-
This confirm that the CME as the best UI provided by Genesys ever :-) I still hope that someone "clever" from Genesys will implement this basic feature to the GAX at all.
-
well here we go !!!! Genesys have replied already
To answer your query,Click on the little binoculars button on the right hand side and do a search for the agent loginID's. Expand the Advanced section and select the switch to search in and check the check box saying: Not associated with any person.
When doing a blank search with that check box being checked, GA will only return the agent login ID's that aren't assigned to a person.
and it works ;D

Great! Within GA it works as you describe ( to be honest, never used the "find" function within GA). Unfortunately, the GAX has not got this option.

it was driving me mad Kubig !!!!
I was thinking how can we go backwards and the remembered .............ahh Genesys :D :D
