Title: WDE automatically adding 1 standard resonse to reply email

How could 1 specific standard reponse be added to a reply email in WDE, without having to search for it? So when hitting the reply button, a standard response template would be inserted in the email. thx

Not by default. You would need to customize it. Or maybe make it agents signature.
