Dear Genesys Wizards,
I am a newbie to the Genesys development so I would request you to please bear , if my question sounds so fundamental.
Tried searching in forums but my search text hasn't got anything useful.
I am trying to get the advisor DN in my IWS code , when a interaction is landed or initialized not sure if that is a attached data at this point my call routing strategy doesn't carry that information.
So this DN is this a attribute ? I have spent some time with API reference not much luck.
Please help.

sorry don't know what you are wanting to do.
if you look at tserver, sip server or urs logs you can see the DN being targeted along with agent login id.

I am trying to read the DN as I understood the extension the advisor/Agent is logged in to from IWS code
