I've found it this week, but I've never found it before in the docs, is it new, or has it always been there? Thanks

Ahhhh PDF version is for you to download the Wiki. The format is awful only. Printed from HTML view to a PDF printer.

Yeah, the wiki is linked under the title extension samples, that's why it's hard to find since it should be called WDE development guide or something like that
