Title: Disposition codes in the CCPulse

Hi ,

Whether it is possible to display the Agent disposition codes in the CCPulse. If so looking forward for your suggestions. I have done for agent not ready reason state, whether the steps are similar to that. ?

Are you looking to display these in a current state view?  Depending on your environment disposition codes may change during and then after the call.

Thanks, After the call completed , the disposition codes should display the values. Can you please suggest the meaning of [b]USER EVENT[/b] in the main mask. From where the disposition codes will be available. Can you suggest how to create the custom disposition codes ?
