Hi All,
Could you please let me know how I can get the max and min advisors logged in for voice channel a particular interval (15 min) from stat server?
What custom stat should I create to display this in CCPulse?

do you have historical reporting set up for ccpulse ?? some do some don't

Hi Tambo,
There is no historical reporting in CCpulse.
I would need the custom stats to be defined in the stat server. Then I could use the SDK to get the information for a 15 minute interval period.
what customer stat should I define to get this ?

ok then so you would need to pull this info from GIM (Info Mart the historical reporting DB) not stats server as it's not historical
