Title: SIpServer events vs IxnServer (Email, Chat) events
Post by: GenesysNewbie on July 15, 2016, 08:49:57 PM
Hi
Looking for someone who can helps me to understand the differences between both components when thinking in the events that arrive to the WDe.

For example, In SIP Server when the call arrives and the agent see the pop-upand accepts the call i know the Established event has arrive there.

What is the corresponding event in WDe when the interaction is abt chat or email ??

I was looking the log, i think ackEvent is what arrives, but no userData is inside so i cannot retrieve client data from there....

Thanks in advance for the help

Probably EventInvite is what you are looking for.
