Title: Genesys MCP disk space

Dears,

The Genesys MCP's disk space is full and it 100 % used in the production environment. The prompts are played after 20 seconds delay sometimes. kindly suggest us a way forward.

Some basic maintenance on the Server, to clean up disk space?  Since it's in Production, let's hope you have an HA/Pair of some description, whilst you do that....
