Hi,
The issue is, while making an outbound call the agent does not hear ring back tone so he basically has no idea whats happening with the call. please advice some solution to it

i have only these 3 settings in SIP server settings:
music-in-conference-file
music-in-queue-file
music-on-pbxpark

i also found this
ring-tone is set to "music/on_hold/ringback.vox"
ringing-on-route-point "true"

Check the options "sip-ring-tone-mode" and "ring-tone-make-call"
