Title: Where can we find the license information

HI, Environment is blended and there are CIM , Email and Email+voice type of license are deployed. Can any one tell me that where can I find the information of how many total number of license occupied for only Email. any way find that.

check the licence file, they are all listed in there

which is on your "licence manager" or  "FLEX_LM" or such like

We are using flex LM

Genesys Licence Manager should tell you what you need to know.  If it doesn't, there are other ways to determine usage but those are costed solutions.
