Advisors suite, specifically contact center advisors - I am wondering if anyone knows how/where user preferences from the UI are stored.
For example in Frontline advisors these are stored in the platform database under the user_preferences table.
In CCAdv I can't find where the preferences (such as what columns are visible) are displayed for the life of me. I have looked through every single table. I have setup a sql trace. I have browsed for config files to no avail.
Does anyone know where this information might be stored? Version 8.5.
For reference documentation doesn't mention this at all. My ultimate goal is to avoid setting up individual dashboards and figure out a way to do it in batch.
