Hi all
newbie here. I am currently looking at a Gplus Adapter 8.0 CTI integration into a Dynamics CRM 2011 System and am playing around with it.
the screenpop new-entity is set to trigger by incoming calls and it succesfully opens the custom entity. However the softphone controls on the screenpop don't adhere to the layout option. I could live with them being stuck on top right, but worse, whenever I have any action that requires a dialog box to open (such as call forwarding, consultation or DTMF) then the softphone controls jump to bottom left (where the infobar is from the start).
Also if I go back to the main window then it doesn't do that when clicking the "forward" , "consult" or DTMF button.
Is there any way to handle this? I would think this is rather annoying for the users.
