Title: What is the best way to verify license usage

To measure license usage now we add a new ext. to CME and open the Tserver log to see how many are in use. Is there a better way to do this?

Just count the number of objects in the DN section of your switch.As all objects in the DN section take a licence (such as VQ's etc)

The company that writes Flexlm has some tools (neat GUIs) available for download www.macrovision.com look for the lmtools executable.
