Hi
The web api server failed and had to be reinstalled. The application is running but constantly goes from a started in primary state to an unknown state. There is no clear error in the log file except for connection to message server being lost. The applications does have a connection to message server. Also complaining about losing connection to LCA on port 4999. I have tried removing connections and re adding them. Upgraded the LCA to a later version but no success
Is there any one who had the same problem and can tell me how to fix this as this is causing chat not to work.

You need to log a critical ticket with Genesys if it's affecting production.
Given that it's having trouble connecting to LCA, my first instinct is there's something wrong with your OS that's stopping API Server from being able to resolve "localhost" as 127.0.0.1

It is not affecting production this is affecting pre production.
Maybe some one else had this problem and can tell me how to fix it. Then I do not need to log a ticket.

Check SCS logs as well. Maybe marked as already running
