Title: Detailed Login/Logout Report

Does anyone know how to create a detailed Login/Logout report in Brio that will tell you the exact time when an agent logs in and out of the phone in time format HH:MM:SS?

Use the Stat Server tables but I believe Brio is only licensed for CCA.

Our vendor told us it was included.

Some details in table "Agent_Login" might help. Somehow my report display both agent current and old on the same row (I'm reusing agent id).
