Hi All,
Speechminer gives a 'Loading Error' on IE11
Playback options are not available.
All systems are up since the same problem is not replicated on Chrome, It works perfectly.
I have ensured the recommended settings in help section to configure IE are followed correctly.

You can use developer part of IE (press F12) or just install any free HTTP and HTML inspector and sniffer SW.

No Solution Yet
I have shared the logs with Genesys.
They dont have a solution I am guessing.
The CC is saving the file in wav format.
Will changing to Mp3 work, Mp3 format was tried earlier but the call quality is bad, we didnt notice the problem with IE earlier

I have tried the MP3 and WAVE as well and both working as expected - guess there is some misconfiguration.

Easiest possible reason might be the startup order. Recording Crypto server can start after Web Services is fully up. Crypto server must be restarted too if Web Services restarted.
Additionaly look in to cloud.log where playback request arrived. It's about ten long rows to read.

I'm sorry. It was about case when have problems on any browser. Missed that part.

I just remembered that I had same when opening browsers in the remote desktop. Are you using PC locally?

I am using it on a Local PC not remotely

Have you errors when "Loading Error" arrives:
1) in SpeechMiner server ULogger application;
2) Recording Crypto Server;
3) cloud.log of Web Services server
