We have a few superadmins in Config Manager that can change the config for daily use. Is there a way to log (or track) who logs in and out of Config Manager,SCI, etc.??

You can see them in Config Server logs. So you could write something to extract the relevant information....possibly?

Stranger is that Genesys haven't developed a licence manager for any of the Genesys Suite.
Weird!

If you have the debug level of logging set to write to a plain text file, then you will be able to see all the login/logout events of users of configuration manager, ir_designer, ccpulse, agent desktops. To find the events would require you have access to the plain text file, and time to filter through all the log events.

Would it be easier (if you are using it) to run a CCA/DMA/Brio Report against the Log In / Log Out details to provide a report, rather than sifting through log files?
