Title: Siebel CRM speed dial

Hi all,

i'm trying to add a phone number in Siebel as a speed dial, so I have added the number in Genesys in IWS in option tab and added it in an agent group but when I search in Siebel web page I can't find the number, it looks like it hasn't been synced or has not been created in the right place in Genesys or there are other configurations. If anyone has any knowledge around this can you please advise? Thanks
