I have made the media types up in the CCPulse application custom statistic tab.
Here this is the time format we are using %m/%d/%Y %H:%M:%S under time format in the stat server section.
What are the changes to be done.? , To get the values loaded in the CCPulse.
Only some stats are getting loaded while testing an multimedia.

In General Email Handling, I have configured the following stat for the Total Entered stats in the tenant view.

General_email_handling : Total Entered:

JavaSubCategory - eServiceContactStat.jar:total entered
Category - JavaCategory
Objects - Tenant
AggregationType - Total

But its not getting updated. It always shows values as zero. Kindly looking for the possible solutions.?

And do you see within the logs that the JVM env is initialized properly (with all .jar files)?
