Title: RequestRegisterAddress
Post by: Leonxxx86 on September 14, 2016, 04:15:27 AM
Hi,

Can someone please advise why when there are the following in tserver "sip server" during the call?

RequestRegisterAddress
EventRegistered
RequestQueryCall
EventPartyInfo

Does this mean t server lost the connection with the DN and register it again and the call retrieved? Thanks

Would guess so without any logs. Leon you already should know that our magic balls are not working

Hi Cav,

Thanks for your reply. I understand but it is a bit difficult to upload/copy paste the logs on here. I have found that this is a network outage at the agent end as the DN registered with tserver while the call still active.
