Title: Query on iWDBP invoking GRE

Hi All,

I am trying to understand the iWD flow for me do some initial design completion . I have provided the client system the Genesys IXN supported XML . The client system will forward it to my capture point . Now this will be submitted in to IXN DB. Now how is my Rule engine invoked for Classification? How does IWD BP know a new interaction is created and invokes the GRE ?

As it goes to IXN and the connector is monitored, then just goes to the BP iWD provides.
As any other interactions, think of an email on IXN, who is the submitter? ESJ, right? IXN is aware because ESJ notified it. Same thing here. IXN is aware because the connector sends an Interaction of type workflow.
Then IXN asks URS to send to the BP strategy defined.
The strategy then reads the rules you created like the priority and queue time doing a loop until is answered.
