Title: Genesys Cloud Solution Integration with Aspect WFM

Hi All,

We are migrating from Genesys premise to Genesys Cloud solution. As of now we are using Aspect WFM application. I would like to know that does Genesys Cloud environment support the Aspect WFM with any adapter?
I know Genesys has GPlus Adapter to integrate with Aspect WFM. But do they have any adapter to ingrate Genesys Cloud environment with Aspect WFM?
