Title: Problem with the interaction workspace Logged in. -- Issue Solved

Dear Team,

The agent has been [b]logged [/b]in to the[b] interaction workspace.[/b] And it gets hangs, So i forcefully closed the Interaction workspace by using task manager. But in [b]CCPulse[/b] Still shows the agent is in [b]Logged in [/b]and In the[b] Ready state[/b]. And we are trying to [b]logged in[/b] the [b]agent [/b], It shows the agent was already [b]logged in that place[/b]. Kindly looking for the possible [b]resolutions [/b]for this[b] issue[/b].

Restarted the T server. It works fine.

You can easily configure the WDE to allow you to log onto already occupied place by your agent.
