Title: Call routing using macros in ird

Hi team,

Is it possible to park a call and play announcement using macros?

I would like to target three different Agent groups, with different priorities in the interval of one second.
If i do this using target block, the busy treatment keeps starting everytime, sounds annoying to the customer.

Can u suggest a better way,  if not macros.

Dont put the treatment on each block, just on first one.
