Hi All,

I have some agents that count in the statistics (ACW_Time_Outbound) when they are log out.

Check with TestPhone but are not logged and do not understand why the statServer still has only this statistic (ACW_Time_Outbound) .

Would I could help with this problem?

Check what stat server you are using ,  routing one is best
