Hi,
In Genesys Administrator Voice Platform reports, i could see only MCP call related details. The Custom Variables and IVR actions are not getting displayed. While installation I changed only the Persistence section for configuring DB. All other options has set to default values. In MCP reporting options, I did change the default filter & metric filter value to "*" But the report does not show the details. Please assist to resolve this problem.

The default metric filter options enables the metrics to be sent to reporting server. I have changed the option in MCP to "*" and restarted the service. Now Custom Variables are getting displayed in call detail report. However, I could find the information about Metrics IDs usage.
Ex: ems/dc.default.metrics.filter has default values "0-16,18,25,35,36,41,52-55,74,128"
Where can i find the information about Metrics corresponding to Metrics ID?
