Title: How to display conference call text in note pad after two step conference?

Hi dudes,
              When make a two step transfer,it will display the second agent notes like" Transferred on <datetime> by <agent>".but when i make two step conference it will not display any text in notes.why? if there is any configuration for that? :'(

This depends on used agent application (in case, using WDE, there is no default option to change it, only through FR or customization)

i am using WDE and i want to display in notepad "Conference on <datetime> by <agent> "on two step conference.how?

Only through customization or you can open feature request.

One more question,there is any sorting in not ready action codes through  key or configuration?

In the option agent-status.not-ready-reasons, try defining them in the order you want. (I don't recall if it does work like this, but it should...)
