Title: Survey products integrated to Genesys

We are looking for a Survey product that can be easily integrated to Genesys and support these features :

- IVR, SMS and Web Surveys support
- Template management
- Easy and fast survey process
- Multilingual support
- Management reporting
- Notification management

Some suggestions ?

Bit of an old post, but a friend runs this company and I felt the need to respond to this

It has been built by two very smart Genesys PS guys here in Australia.
