Looks like it's pure in house .net based build done by Genesys Australia. No docs available online.
The problem is: we changing SOE to WIN 10 and instead of GUI i can see just white ribbon on a top and white square in the middle.
Same fw rules, same IE11, same GPO for same IE, win7-8 - fine, win10 - damn not.
Perhaps someone came across same issue...

Maybe the net framework version used. Maybe some weird component.
Now, you are talking about Genesys and not Genesis, right? Call Center software, correct?
I say because it is very very weird to have Genesys develop a custom software by themselves and not hiring an integrator who is who normally provides you support.

Sounds to me like an old Genesys Australia in house PS asset, the Genesys PS team in Australia have a few such products. The only place you'll find support for that is from them.

Hi, I'm one of the developers of GMMS.
Windows 10 changed the behaviour of one of their libraries which affects the way that HTML is displayed.
Could you please raise a support ticket?

Hi Cameron, thanks for reply, ticket was raised a while ago but it can be closed now.
After upgrading ISO to latest 1607 (Anniversary update) GMMS back to track:)
Have no clue what was fixed but it's fixed.
