Hello,
I would like to know if anybody has bumped in a way to delay SIP Server/T-Server sending the EventAgentNotReady in reply to a RequestAgentNotReady until after the current ongoing call is completed - or to delay IWS/WDE sending the RequestAgentNotReady until the call is completed.
This is for a WFM integration where it cannot distinguish "working not ready" and "not ready" states.
I haven't found any configuration option to make this feasible, but would like to know if anybody has had this requirement before and how it was solved.
