Title: Remove MyCampaigns from Genesys WDE

Hi all,
I am trying to remove the MyCampaigns from Genesys WDE using the psdk but I am unable to do so. I read the iw developer book but i cannot find anything concerning the removal of MyCampaigns. Can anyone help me?

Explain what you mean...you can't remove Campaigns, you need to disassociate from the Agent Group assigned to the Campaign Group.

I am trying to customize IWS and
Its the MyCampaigns Tab in IWS that I need to remove. Is it possible using psdk?

You want to remove the Tab or remove the agent from a specific campaign?

So just to clarify:

[li]The Agent will be handling outbound calls (if so which dialing mode(s))[/li]
[li]Even though the Agents are handling outbound calls you want to remove the MyCampaigns tab from the ToolbarWorkplaceRegion[/li]

If so why do you want to do that?

Do you specifically want to do this via pdsk?  Or just want to get rid of the tab?  I haven't tried this but I think if you remove the outbound role privileges in Genesys Administrator, specifically 'outbound - can use'  that should do it.
