how to show orchestration operational reports in Genesys Administrator for ors 8.1.4?

What is not clear for you exactly? All is described within documentation in great detail.

yes.according to document we have to use ElasticSearch.
is it possible to implement ors reporting without elasticsearch?
is there any other way around?

As I know no license is required for elastic search
