Hi there,
Is anyone aware of a tool that can fetch "PA Session Info:" from OCS logs and populate on a webpage or Excel or something ... Basically GA monitor tap is useless and its not real-time also GAX is not fully developed for OCS 8.1/8.5
any help appropriated.

There is no such tool available from Genesys, so you would have to hope that someone out in the community has written something, or write it yourself. The difficulty that I could see with producing something to do this is that the output of PA Session Info can, and does, change without notice from version to version, and it differs depending upon dialing mode and outbound options.

ha. what I have been looking for a decade.

I wrote an excel macro for parsing logs for pa_session_info section.
Anyone still interested?

I am using logstash for that, but the macro would be also useful. Please, share it if you can.

It's 300+ lines of code, so i'd rather attach it as file but don't see such an option. Am i blind or there's no attachments in this forum? ???
Is it ok to copy-paste 300+ lines inside a message?
-
Share it on any free storage and provide us with link please

We don't allow attachs :( storage problem. You know, storage costs $$$$ and this is a free forum 8)
