Hi,

is there a package from which i can download the fake customer phone? or can i download it from somewhere on genesys website?

the tool that was used to simulate phone calls when i attended the CIV course.

or if you know another tool to do this (i have to test the environment i'm setting up so i need a tool able to simulate an external phone call directed to a DN)

is "sim simulator" the specific tool?

or otherwise can you suggest one fitting with genesys platform?
