Can someone please help? I have this strategy configured to show the executives number and I have the number added to the Transactions list, however when I call, IWS shows only call type not the number in the executives list, Is there something I need to enable in IWS option tab? Thanks

I have imported the strategy but didn't save it, issue now fixed.
