Title: Question about outbound setup.
Post by: Gautham on November 15, 2016, 07:31:32 PM
Hi Team,

We like to know difference between single and multi tenant environment.

Where we need to deploy multi tenant solution?

For example we are having a client they are using Genesys solution for multiple location. In this scenario which one is best?

I like to construct Isolated Genesys architecture by location. One side issue won't be bother other side production.

Kindly suggest. Which one is best.

It is more about configuration needs, accesses, security, etc.
If your company has 2 sites, is MultiSite, not Multi_tenant necessarily. Think a Tenant like a Company inside your company where each many rules and configurations which can't be shared among other units.

If you are a single company there's little to no benefit to a multi tenant architecture.  Personally I run a multi tenant environment, but we are a cloud provider so it's necessary for us.

Single tenant should always be the preference.
