Title: WFM Web Services screens customisations

Is it possible to customise WFM Web Services screens for Supervisors and Agents ? I have WFM version 6.5 and I need to some columns in SCHEDULE, ADHERANCE and REPORTS bookmark. Is there any person who has such an experience in WFM Web Services ?

I install WFM for Genesys and have never seen this done, however release 6.5.1 has a significant web services upgrade. You should really check it out. Huge improvement over 6.5
